We’ll always guide the conversation to email so everything is in writing — clear, organized, and easy to refer back to throughout the project.

This is the first step of your bespoke journey, and it already sets the tone for a smooth collaboration.

2. Understanding What You Want

Once we receive your message, we begin by clarifying your vision:

  • Are you customising a product from our catalogue?

  • Or do you have your own concept or inspiration image (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)?

We gather details like materials, colours, dimensions, theme/style, and the room the piece will live in. The more we understand your space and aesthetic, the better we can guide you.

If you’re in Cape Town, we can come measure — but most clients prefer to measure themselves.
