I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Once you have placed and paid for your order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your selected colours, sizes and other customizations are correct before submitting.

Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed with payment, we are unable to add more items to it.
However, you’re more than welcome to place a new order for the additional items you want and this will be billed on a separate invoice.

At Crafted Living, we stand behind the quality of our work and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, given that all our pieces are made by human hands, mistakes can occur.
If you receive a piece of furniture with a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/collection and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. 
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or items that have been modified in any way.
At this moment we do not have a showroom and all our items are made on order, which means we do not keep any items in stock. This allows us to customize each piece to fit your exact specifications and ensure that our products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We understand that buying furniture without seeing it in person can be intimidating, which is why we offer detailed descriptions and photos of our products on our website. You’re also welcome to visit our workshop and see our work first hand.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Crafted Living. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please notify us at info@craftedliving.co.za within 24 hours of delivery/collection.
Please note that we do charge a 20% handling fee on all returned items and the item must be returned to the Crafted Living Workshop at the clients cost, and in the same condition as when delivered.
 
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
